2 Million Followers Giveaway Rules

  1. GoCleanCo’s 2 Million Followers giveaway will run from June 28, 2021 at 12:00 pm MST until June 30, 2021 at 11:59 pm MST.
  2. Eligibility:
    1. Must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry; 
    2. Must be a legal resident of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) or the United States of America;
    3. Employees, officers and representatives of GoCleanCo, and their affiliates, including members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) or any of the above are NOT eligible to participate;
    4. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  3. To enter the Giveaway:

  4. There is NO purchase necessary to enter or win.
  5. The winners will be chosen July 1, 2021 and notified via DM on IG..

  1. In the case of a prize not being available to GoCleanCo via online retailers, P&G will supply the prize to the winner.
  2. The winners will have 12 hours from the time they are notified to claim their prize (ie. respond to the DM, if not claimed within 12 hours the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen).
  3. The winners will be required to provide a 30 second, high-quality video of themselves outlining where they are located and how @gocleanco has helped them over the last year. 
  4. Prizes will be sent to the winners via Amazon within five (5) business days of being claimed. GoCleanCo is not responsible for any delays in shipping.
  5. This giveaway is not associated with, sponsored, administered or endorsed by Instagram or Facebook. Each entrant hereby releases Instagram and Facebook of all liability arising out of or relating to this giveaway.
  6. P&G are only the prize providers and are not involved in the administration of the giveaway, including the winner selection.
  7. The winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, duties and any other costs not specifically provided for in these Rules that are associated with receipt of a prize.
  8. By entering the giveaway, each entrant consents for GoCleanCo to collect and use its personal information, including name and email address, for the sole purpose of administering the giveaway and delivering the prize (if applicable).  All personal information will be treated in accordance with applicable privacy laws in Alberta, Canada. GoCleanCo will not publish your personal information except with your prior written consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by notifying info@bleachpraylove.com.
  9. By accepting the prize, winners agree that GoCleanCo and its directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by the winners for any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind to persons, and property damages sustained, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, or participation in this giveaway or any prize-related activity.
  10. The Winners are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws, rules and regulations. 
  11. GoCleanCo reserves the right to update or modify these Rules at any time without notice.
  12. GoCleanCo reserves the right to cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason. 
  13. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway, or the prize awarded, including matters relating to the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants/winners or GoCleanCo, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Alberta, and the federal laws applicable therein.  Each such dispute, claim or cause of action shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and each entrant/winner irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Alberta, Canada.
